Turtleneck Dickeys

	Sometimes an outfit or uniform would look better with the addition of a turtleneck. However, sometimes the outer garment is just too small for a full turtleneck. The answer to this problem is a turtleneck dickey. You get the great look of the turtleneck without the bulk of sleeves. Figure shown is wearing a turtleneck dickey under a Jumpsuit.
